Anthony carries over 20 years experience within the IT service delivery space. Starting his IT journey in 1995 for global automotive parts giant Johnson Controls, Anthony spent eight years developing problem solving methodology that has led him to heading the service delivery team today.
Aside from managing the technical team responsible for break-fix service indents, Anthony is also responsible for the system integration that underpins Infinity’s Managed Service offering and predictive failure agents.
Mastering IT support lends an interesting perspective when it comes to designing IT estates. Anthony has designed IT estates for many businesses from multinational food manufacturers to high throughput design agencies. Anthony’s approach to design begins by obtaining a solid understanding of the clients business; their aspirations; limitations and processes, only then will he commit an Infinity solution to be fit for purposes.
