Don’t be afraid to ask for evidence – case studies and a list of technology partners are a good place to start.

RELATIONSHIPS

A truly great IT service provider, will always build longstanding client relationships. If a supplier doesn’t provide an excellent service, they probably won’t list any client names or case studies on their website, as they’ll be worried about losing them to the competition! IT support providers with numerous, strong long-term relationships along with high customer retention rates are likely to be trustworthy candidates.
