INFINITY IT Solutions is delighted to announce the recruitment of another IT Expert to join the Service Delivery Team. Chris Boote, an experienced support Analyst and Team leader joins us as the business continues to grow its Managed Services.

INFINITY grew its Managed Service Business by 60% in 2017 whilst maintaining excellent customer feedback, which is largely due to the company’s ability to recruit and retain exceptional IT Experts to comprehensively service the thousands of incidents our 24/7 Service Desk completes each year.

Chris joins the team of IT Experts within our 24/7 Service Desk as the Team leader. Chris joins us from Health Intelligence which for the past 3 years he has held a Lead Information Technology Analyst role. During his role Chris boasts advanced troubleshooting skills, Leading, mentoring and training a team of IT Support Analysts as well as acting as the central point of escalation for IT Support issues.

Chris underwent detailed technical and personality profiling to ensure he was the right man for the job and would embrace INFINITY’s can-do attitude towards resolving our clients’ incidents comprehensively.
